The story unfolds in a London gripped by fear, as Scotland Yard struggles to maintain order amidst what appears to be the actions of a serial killer. Players collaborate with architect Carl Rybhes to ensure that construction progresses smoothly despite the surrounding chaos. This presents a unique blend of resource management and detective work.

Throughout the game, players must assist Rybhes in gathering essential resources to complete the building project. Efficiently managing workers, defending against robbers, and uncovering clues hidden in the environment are critical to advancing through each level while solving the overarching mystery.

Big Ben, officially known as the "Clock Tower," has been an enduring symbol of London since its inauguration in 1859. Interestingly, Big Ben refers specifically to the bell within the tower, while the structure is part of Westminster Palace, home of the British parliament. The tremendous sound of the bell can be heard over six kilometers away, while the clock’s hands are as large as a bus. Each year, an old penny coin is used to adjust its mechanism, reflecting its storied past. The bell was named after Benjamin Hall, who was instrumental in its completion.
